I created and launched the Affinity Ambassador Program, a client-retention and referral initiative designed to recognize and reward the company's top clients. The campaign centered around personalized direct-mail postcards inviting clients to join the exclusive Ambassador group, offering quarterly gifts, VIP perks, and annual financial reviews.
My Role:
Data & Strategy: Reviewed past client conversion data and lifetime value to identify our top-tier client segment.
Program Design: Developed the full Ambassador framework, including the incentive structure, gifting cadence, and messaging strategy.
Vendor Management: Researched and onboarded a corporate gifting platform to automate fulfillment and tracking.
Creative Direction: Designed all marketing materials (postcards, digital assets, and QR-code experiences) and wrote all copy to ensure a warm, personal tone that reflected brand trust and appreciation.
Outcome:
The campaign strengthened client relationships, increased repeat loan inquiries, and positioned Affinity as a relationship-driven lender with a true client-for-life mindset.
